Wednesday, August 5
10-11am

Eligibility can be a source of frustration for producers applying for assistance for the first time. This webinar on Aug. 5 will explain eligibility forms and briefly cover recent updates from the Working Families Tax Cut Act, including new guidance on what is considered farm income and updates to payment limitations for pass-through entities that may affect producers participating in Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) programs.
NRCS Acting State Conservationist, Keith Griswold, will also join to discuss eligibility for commonly used NRCS programs including the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP), Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP), and Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP).
