Ceanothus sanguineus


3 to 10 feet tall. Tall, open branching shrub with clusters of small white flowers. Reddish stems appear after leaf fall. Grows in sun or partial shade and does well in dry or moist soils. Also known as Redstem Ceanothus or Northern Buckbrush.
